Currently in active development, SRS Cloud REST Services allow the use of web services to access data from SRS. Single substance queries pull standardized information about a substance, as well as the environmental statutes and data systems that track or regulate that substance and the synonym(s) used by those lists for the substance. Multi-substance queries are also available, in addition to services that facilitate auto-complete functionality for substance names.
This web service enables Exchange Network partners to retrieve the full complement of SRS information about a substance. The service invokes a series of predefined information request functions that return information in XML format synchronously.
This web service enables Exchange Network partners to pull lists of substance asynchronously from the SRS. These lists may be substances identified in a section of an environmental statute or they may be substances for which there is data in an EPA data system.
This web service enables Exchange Network partners to submit new program related terms and synonyms asynchronously to SRS lists. To ensure data quality, the owner of each list in SRS designates who may utilize this service.
SRS Direct Link is a basic URL query builder service that allows users to query SRS data using a URL with provided parameters. The SRS Direct Link enables a user to click a hyperlink on their computer screen, which then opens specific screens in SRS. SRS Direct Link passes user-developed parameters to hit against relevant data from SRS.
