Project Description

The EPA intends to reissue a new source NPDES Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (the 2027 "Construction General Permit (2027 CGP)") for five years, during which time the permit would provide coverage to eligible existing and new discharges where the EPA is the NPDES permitting authority, including Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, most Indian country lands, Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, Lands of Exclusive Federal Jurisdiction, and U.S. territories and protectorates except for the U.S. Virgin Islands.
