Project Description

The proposed action involves a series of minor renovations and improvement to both the interior and exterior of Building 10. This project is being done for several reasons, including the historic preservation of Building 10 as well as supporting staff relocation from EPA's New York City. The proposed action involves the repair/replacement of select exterior doors and door frames, the replacement of the emergency egress stairwell, interior renovations (e.g., carpeting, asbestos abatement of thermal wrapping, mastic, and tile), and roof repairs (repair or full replacement of slate tile roof with a new membrane and slate roof).
