Project Description

The project proposes refurbishment and structural repair of existing clarifiers, improvements to treatment efficiency, and replacement or upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems. This project will not result in a capacity expansion at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, but is one of six total phases of a larger undertaking that will eventually implement capacity expansion. These upgrades will enhance the capacity, efficiency, and reliability of the Horse Cave Wastewater Treatment Plant.
