Project Description

The proposed project will include installation of cellular antennas, radio towers, new SCADA panels, as well as replacement of RTU panels. The proposed SCADA improvements will enable the City to remotely monitor and control liquid levels at various critical water facilities by sending processed data to the SCADA operator station/programming terminal, which will interpret the data and send logical commands back the field devices. These proposed improvements at both water treatment plants and the water tower will allow staff to better control the water system remotely, meeting demands of their 24,861 residents.
