The Olivenhain Municipal Water District's (MWD) San Dieguito Valley Brackish Groundwater Desalination Project (Project) will take place in San Diego, Ca. The project includes activities to construct a new test well (La Valle test well) and conduct a pumping test at an existing well site (Hargis Well) in the Olivenhain MWD service area in North County San Diego, CA.
