The Water Supply Program and Monitoring Project (Proposed Action) for the City of Waukesha Water Utility (WWU) is located in Waukesha County, WI within the City of Waukesha (City). The Proposed Action would take place at multiple existing WWU facilities located in urban and suburban lands around the City of Waukesha. The site-specific locations include: Well 3 - 413 S. Moreland Boulevard Well 5 - 1430 S East Avenue Well 6 - 2320 W Sunset Avenue Well 8 - 3103 Saylesville Road Well 10 - 1905 Wolf Road Well 11 - 2578 River Road Well 12 - 2566 River Road Well 13 - 3815 Creekside Drive Hillcrest Park Reservoir - 2117 Davidson Road WWU facility building - 445 W Newhall WWU facility building - 233 S. West Ave. Test wells at the Lathers Site near parcel with a Tax Key WAKT142998003 Existing WWU facilities - 115 Delafield Street, 132 E N Street, and 126 E North Street.EPA Region/Headquarters Office
