Project Description

The proposed project will improve the existing Spencer wastewater system by replacing 4,900 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer line, constructing 1,730 linear feet of storm sewer, rehabilitating various manholes under the influence of adjacent streams and sources of storm runoff inflow, inspecting and cleaning the 18-inch diameter main interceptor line that is supplying the existing treatment facility, and constructing additional surge storage for excess inflows at the treatment plant.
