Project Description

The Aviva Crossing project, located at 1622 S Mildred St, Tacoma, WA 98465, involves the redevelopment of the James Center North shopping center into affordable housing. Construction activities include building new stormwater facilities on Lot 2 of the overall project site. This will include a new plastic infiltration vault on the western portion of the site, and a new concrete detention vault on the east side of the site.
