EPA Community Grant for Town of East Fishkill for iPark Water DistrictDocument Number
N2025142Document Type
EA/FONSIProject Description
The Town of East Fishkill is proposing to extend the water distribution system to allow for the continued development of the iPark commercial district. The iPark commercial district is a group of existing and proposed commercial and industrial properties. The current water distribution system, owned and maintained by the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority (DCWWA), is unable to provide sufficient water to allow for the establishment of additional activity at the site. The proposed project involves water distribution improvements, which includes construction of a 12-inch water main to the iPark industrial complex, associated valves and hydrants, an at-grade water storage tank, in-tank mixing and aeration for mitigation of disinfection byproducts (DBPs), pressure boosting pumps, and a residual chlorination system.EPA Region/Headquarters Office
