The Town of Charlestown will replace 21 substandard and/or failing, polluting onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS), that are located within delineated Charlestown critical nutrient reduction zones, with modern nitrogen reducing systems to create wastewater infrastructure resiliency within critically impacted portions of the coastal watershed of the Town.
