Project Description

The proposed project will construct an onsite dewatering facility at the Southeast Water Treatment Plant (SEWTP). Treating the SEWTP residuals onsite instead of pumping them to the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) will help increase the efficiency of solids processing and will aid in the mitigation of the solids overloading at the WWTP. This will provide more reliable and efficient water treatment and reduce potential lagoon overflow.
