Project Description

Lake Whatcom has an existing Division 7 reservoir located on a forested ridge directly adjacent to the Sudden Valley community and located near 3 Swallow Circle in Bellingham, Washington. The overall project consists of design, permitting, utility easement acquisition, and construction to two (2) 237,900-gallon concrete reservoirs directly up the forested ridge from the existing reservoir, followed by demolition of the existing reservoir and restoration of its site to forested conditions.
