Project Description

A total of 97 diesel school buses at five school districts in Texas and Louisiana will be replaced with 97 battery electric school buses. In addition, 95 EV charging stations will be installed at these five school districts. Three Level 2 alternating current (AC) charging stations will be installed at 822 North Mesquite Street, Muenster, Texas 76252. Two Level 3 direct current fast charging (DCFC) stations will be installed at 11839 Texas Street Highway 19 South, Lovelady, Texas 75851. Ten Level 3 (DCFC) charging stations will be installed at 2217 9th Street, Bay City, Texas 77414. Thirty Level 3 (DCFC) charging stations will be installed at 4099 Naff Avenue, Bastrop, Louisiana 71220. Fifty Level 3 (DCFC) charging stations will be installed at 3000 North Sherwood Forest, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70814.
