Project Description

The project would replace approximately 3,550 linear feet of existing asbestos cement water main with new ductile iron and polyvinyl chloride water main pipes. The existing pipeline is nearing the end of its useful life and needs to be replaced to ensure a reliable source of water to residents in the area. The construction will take place within existing rights-of-way along West Pine Street, between South Arnold Avenue and 3rd Street, along Broadway Avenue from West Pine Street to West Drew Street, and within the water treatment plant.
