Project Description

The Center Grange Waterline Improvements project will replace a section of waterline that experiences frequent breaks, provide more reliable water service to existing and future customers, and reduce maintenance and repair. The proposed distribution system improvements include replacement of 6-inch ductile iron waterline with approximately 11,300 linear feet of 6-inch, 8-inch, and 12-inch ductile iron waterline. It will be installed via an open cut method of construction and will include the valves, hydrants, service reconnections, reconnection to existing waterline, and all other appurtenances necessary. The subject waterline provides service to the Center Township Municipal Complex, Beaver County District Court 36-3-03, and the Center Grange Primary School. Replacement of this section of waterline will also reduce unaccounted for water within the CTWA water system.
