Project Description

This existing undersized waterline replacement project will replace 8,164 LF of 8-inch PVC with 12-inch PVC beginning at the Daniels Lane Pump Station and continuing along Daniels Lane, then along Hayden Road to the intersection with Fairview Drive/KY-603. The waterline upgrade is necessary to supply the growing need for potable water in the new Gateway Commons commercial development and new subdivisions under construction in the project area. This upgraded pipeline will allow for a back feed source of potable water to supply the Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in case of emergency with their existing waterline.
