City of Woodbury for an East Wellfield Manifold Pipe Project involves approximately 7,374 linear feet of 16-20-inch new water main along Cottage Grove Drive, Settlers Ridge Parkway, and on Valley Creek Road to be installed. The new water mains will connect the three east wellfield wells to allow for future treatment for PFAS.
