The Project includes the installation of approximately 5,570 feet of public water line along portions of Windsorville Rd, Old Ellington Rd, and the length of Elaine Dr, Helena Dr, and Park Hill Rd. Pipe to be laid will be 8" and 12". A railroad crossing by Jack & Bore is required on Old Ellington Road.
