Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community FY2023 CDS Recycling Project The project will support the construction of the Water Reclamation System of the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) Organics Recycling Facility (ORF) in Shakopee, MN.
