Project Description

The project scope includes upgrading the existing stormwater infrastructure along the west side of Lincoln Avenue so that storms up to the 10-year, 24-hour design storm event (based on a NOAA Type C 24-hour rainfall distribution) can effectively be collected and transported downstream. Storm sewers will be installed from the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Sycamore Street down to the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Walnut Street and will replace the currently ineffective berm. The construction will result in the installation of approximately 500 linear feet of storm sewer pipe, four (4) new curb inlets, and six (6) new manholes.
