The project involved various improvements to the existing River Road Pump Station, including: a new raw sewage pump (to be installed in parallel to the existing pumps); improvements to the controls and electrical distribution system; and the replacement of the existing emergency generator to support the operation of two (2) raw sewage pumps simultaneously during periods of high flows.
