Project Description

The Project will repair or replace pipeline, air release valves, manholes and manhole covers, lift station pumps, pump station wet wells, and other auxiliary equipment along the Cowskin Force Main. The Project also includes facility improvements at Plant 1 to improve filtering and pumping capabilities to convey wastewater to Plant 2. The Project will rehabilitate the existing facility at Plant 2 through multiple work packages to replace aging infrastructure and add a biological nutrient removal process.
