Two new 12-inch diameter High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) watermain crossings are installed via directional horizontal drilling within the Tioughnioga River streambed to replace the two abandoned watermains constructed in the 1950s. Installation of new valves, hydrants, and connections are part of the water system improvements.
