Project Description

The requested WIFIA loan would be used to fund projects which fall into four categories: ¿ Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funded Water Line Replacement via the Joint Infrastructure (JIRR) Program ¿ SWBNO and FEMA funded Sewer Line Replacement via the Joint Infrastructure Recovery Roads (JIRR) Program ¿ Sewer System Evaluation and Rehabilitation Program (SSERP) mandated by EPA Consent Decree ¿ SWBNO funded Sewer Force Main Replacement and Improvement work A total of 164 individual projects are included in the WIFIA loan.
