Stabilize a dune blowout due to weather and recreationists impacting a sand dune at Sandy Island Beach State Park. Construct a sustainable and ADA compliant wooden walkover structure to allow people walk over a fragile sand dune between North Sandy Pond to Eastern Lake Ontario.
