Project Description

The existing water mains along Rhone Road and Nice Place in the Elba Point area are severely deteriorated and contribute a significant amount of unaccounted water system losses. Approximately feet of new 2-inch water mains will be placed in the same location within the roadways as the existing water mains. Replacing these water mains will improve water quality and reduce the amount of water losses through the distribution system. This in effect will decrease the water demand and provide safe water to the Elba Point residences.
