The Los Angeles County of Department of Public Works (LACDPW) proposes to implement Phase 2 of the North Los Angeles/Kern County Regional Recycled Water Project. Phase 2 of the project would include the design and construction of recycled water conveyance pipelines a pump station and a recycled water storage tank.
