The City of Galt will upgrade the existing wastewater treatment system. This includes retrofitting the existing clarifiers modifying the headworks splitter box expanding the solid pumps improving the sludge storage basins add dewatering equipment constructing a new metering facility building improvements and increasing aeration capacity by constructing a secondary clarifier and oxidation ditch.
