Functional replacement of a portion of defective and inoperable valves used to maintain and control the flow of water through the drinking water system. In addition installation of pressure reducing and air/vacuum valves to allow the overall distribution system to operate more effectively and reliably and a shaft to facilitate the physical inspection of some problematic water mains.
